Yesterday, I had an enquiry from Allan of St Albans about an item on the website and the cost of postage to his workplace. It was late when I responded and left a message for Allan, providing the information he needed.
This morning, out of curiosity, I checked the site and low and behold, Allan had made a purchase, our first since going live. Allan's purchase highlighted a number of issues that we need to have corrected but nothing that prevented his purchase leaving our storeroom via Australia Post on the same day it was paid for.
Thank you Allan, for your patience and perseverance.
